Jared O’Mara, a recently re-instated Labour MP has resigned.
He was previously suspended in October 2017 for using misogynistic and homophobic language towards others online and allegedly abused a woman.
On tuesday, he was reinstated as a Labour MP while officials who supported the party suggested that he be given formal training.
His resignation was announced on thursday on his website where he stated that eh was not given the right to a fair investigation by the Labour party.
