After an eventful day on Thursday in which the Brexit Secretary Dominic Raab, and the Work and Pensions secretary Esther McVey resigned, Theresa May started her Friday by taking part in a live phone-in on LBC, after stating she will not be shifting away from her Brexit policy.
On Friday, Theresa May appointed Stephen Barclay as the new Brexit Secretary. Mr Barclay voted leave in the EU referendum and is a loyal party supporter holding little political power of his own up to now as a former junior health minister.
Amber Rudd has made a return to the cabinet, and now has a new job as Work and Pensions Secretary, after resigning from the role of Home Secretary earlier this year.
And a potential vote of no confidence in the Prime Minister could be looming, as over 20 MPs have publicly announced that they have submitted letters. 48 letters are needed to trigger such a vote.
