The UK government has stated that a series of notices will be released in pursuance of preparing the UK public for the possibility of a no-deal outcome. The technical notices are aimed at UK citizens, businesses and other public bodies and the government is expected to publish the notices before the end of September.

According to the Child Poverty Action Group (CPAG), single parents on the National Living Wage cannot afford a ‘basic, no-frills lifestyle’. Minimum income earners are on average £70 short per week on their spending for basic needs for their children according to research.
