Putin enters fourth term following landslide victory

Vladimir Putin looks set to be re-elected Russian President as voters have spent the day at the polls. A re-election of Putin would see him become the nation’s second longest serving leader after Joseph Stalin with a fourth term in power.

Putin’s response to the recent nerve agent attack in Salisbury is only likely to increase his support, showing he will stand up to the accusations from the UK.
