Boris Johnson is still living in the Foreign Office house over 12 days after his resignation, according to reports. The former foreign secretary is still living in residence funded by taxpayers, despite profiting from renting out his own home less than 4 miles away.

Ecuador’s government could withdraw asylum for WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, who has been living in their London embassy. It is unclear as to what would happen to Mr Assange, but he could be handed over to the British police within weeks.

Israel’s military have reportedly killed several Palestinians during airstrikes on Gaza. Israeli forces claim it was in response to Palestinian forces firing at Israeli soldiers near the border.
