The International Court of Justice has ruled that Chile does not have to return ports to Bolivia. Chile seized parts of the Bolivian coastline in the War of the Pacific, fought between 1879 and 1883, much of which remains in Chilean control today. The ports were eventually supposed to be handed back, however, this has never happened and the new ruling means that Chile might never be compelled to return the ports to Bolivian control.
An investigation into Brett Kavanaugh is expected to be unlimited in scope, but extremely limited in time. President Trump has said the FBI could interview anyone it wants in relation to the Kavanaugh sexual assault allegations, provided the investigation concludes by Friday. This is limited time to investigate such a serious allegation, but Republicans want a vote on the nominee before next month’s midterm elections.
Boris Johnson has been pictured running through a field of wheat in an attempt to mock Prime Minister, Theresa May. The former foreign secretary was photographed running near his Oxfordshire home, supposedly attempting to recreate Mrs May’s “naughtiest” moment. Mrs May memorably said last year in an interview on ITV that the naughtiest thing she had ever done was run through a field of wheat.

Rapper Cardi B has been charged with assault following an altercation at a strip club. Cardi B has handed herself into New York police and has been charged with two misdemeanour counts of reckless endangerment and one misdemeanour account of assault for the incident that occurred back in August.
