Turkish intelligence continues to link rumours about the disappearance of Jamal Khashoggi. Turkish reports suggest the journalist was seized the moment he entered the consulate before torturing him. He supposedly then had his fingers and head cut off before being dismembered and having acid used to dispose of his body.

19 people have been killed in an attack on a college in Crimea. The attacker is believed to be an 18-year-old student, who attends the college, detonated a bomb and shot several other students before turning the gun on himself. The college was near a recently constructed bridge between Crimea and Russia.

Several cannabis shops have been opening their doors in Canada after the country voted to legalise marijuana in recent days. Many customers have been waiting in line for hours to get their hands on the legal product. Canada is just the second country to legalise the drug.
